Delete Your Account

We’re sorry to see you go — but if you need to delete your account, here’s how to do it.


⚙️ Managing Your Account

Before permanently deleting your account, you can:

  • Edit your profile: Change your username, photo, or info.
  • Adjust privacy settings: Control who can see your activity.
  • Unlink social accounts: Remove connected providers like Google or Apple.

🗑 How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account from either the SocialHour app or the web dashboard.

📱 On Mobile (iOS or Android)

  1. Open the SocialHour app.
  2. Tap Profile in the bottom tab.
  3. Go to Settings > Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

💻 On Web

  1. Go to studio.socialhour.com and log in.
  2. Click your avatar or initials in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Settings > Account from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click Delete Account and confirm.

⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. All your profile data, events, points, check-ins, and tickets will be permanently removed.


🔁 Signed in with Google or Apple?

If you signed in with a provider:

  • You still need to follow the Delete Account steps above.
  • To fully remove access, visit your Google Account or Apple ID settings and revoke access to SocialHour.
